Business Manager/Superintendent’s Secretary

Battle Creek Public Schools is looking for additional substitute teachers for both elementary and secondary. Pay is $130 for a full day.

HELP WANTED ADVERTISEMENT - Full Time Custodian

​Battle Creek Public Schools is seeking a full time custodian.  This is a 40 hour a week 52 week position.  2023-24 base wage is $14.75 per hour and may be higher depending on experience level and education. Position start date is June 1, 2023.  After one month of successful employment, benefits will include the following: 

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Single Insurance or a $200 per month annuity

  • 7 Paid Holidays - Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4

  • 2 Paid Personal Days per year not to exceed 2 days

  • 10 days paid vacation per year, not to exceed 10 days.  After 10 years of consecutive employment, increases to 15 days of paid vacation per year, not to exceed 15 days

  • 5 days paid sick leave, accumulative to 35 days.
